This time of year can get very very busy with school dates for older ones, mufti days, food to take in for parties, contributions to teacher and TA gifts, nativity plays, christmas shopping both gifting and food....... and this is all on top of being a mother and wife!

we need to learn to forgive ourselves for not pleasing everyone and taking ten to sit and just be, time to think straight.

Lyndsey and I had a similar experience yesterday where she and I had been running around here there and everywhere she had events and I had client meetings. By the end of the afternoon we both felt physically dizzy.

If at any time of the year we should be forgiving it is definitely now and as mothers and fathers it is very much needed.

I'm really looking forward to having my husband home to enjoy our children and share the load of the child care and other duties that appear to multiply from November through December. Mostly I am looking forward to Christmas now we are all dialling down from work etc.

Remember all that is good and all that is love at this precious time of year.

I will still be answering any calls and enquiries throughout the Christmas period so please get in touch if you need anything.

We wish you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
