Our classes are taught from both an experience and evidence background and you will come away relaxed and empowered to be your own advocates for your pregnancy, birth and parenting journey! We truly believe in holistic support for expectant parents which is why you will gain a wide knowledge of hypnobirthing techniques (curtesy of The Little Birth Company Programme), signposting to evidence based research, gift bag full of goodies, access to course content & MP3's, biomechanics techniques, and feeding support x
